First, the maintenance and repair of the tea drum machine is suitable for the continuous greening operation of various green teas. There are two types of commonly used types of 30 and 40. The heat source methods are coal or diesel and electric. It is the most commonly used machine for tea processing. The maintenance and repair issues are as follows:

1. Remove dust on all friction surfaces, especially the chain and sprocket, and fill the oil from the head.

2. If the chain is too loose, you can first adjust it by removing a few sections. If it is severely stretched, it should be replaced. When adjusting and replacing the chain, you should pay attention to: the direction of the device of the spring card at the chain joint should be the same as the working direction of the chain, so as to avoid impact, jumping and even falling and falling during operation.

3. Wash and wash all rolling bearings and add new grease. Calcium-sodium-based grease can be used.

4. After the components are revised, the whole machine is assembled, and the operation is started. It is normal to investigate whether the machine operation is normal. Heat the drum properly and put in a small amount of special tea for frying tea to melt it to cover the inside of the cylinder and then block all the power. If necessary, the surface of the machine can be sprayed with paint, monotonously covered with plastic paper, and placed in a monotonous place.
