Second, the function and principle overview

Sixth, use and maintenance
(1) Check and ensure that there is no foreign matter inside the barrel before the material is used.
(2) Check the amount of mechanical oil in the gear box. It is not enough to add No. 10 mechanical oil to the box.
(3) Check if the bolts, screws and bolts of each joint are tight.
(4) Pull the belt by hand, if there is any jam or abnormality, confirm the normal empty machine test run.
(5) Prepare the work, open the pressure gland, close the exit door, and put a proper amount of green leaves into the bucket.
(6) Close the pressure cap, so that the lid enters the barrel about 30mm, start the operation, and then gradually pressurize it until it is added. Then go to the air for a minute, from the loose group, the rule, the adsorption of tea juice, etc., you can open the tea door to tea, clean, you can carry out the second operation.
(7) If the equipment is shut down and not used for a long time, the debris on the surface of each rotating component should be cleaned manually, and the proper lubricating oil should be added to the transmission system and reducer, and then the equipment should be properly packaged and sealed.
