Lionong 6CR series tea machine is one of the main products produced by our factory. The machine has a compact structure and good mechanical properties. It is mostly used in the processing of famous high-grade tea. The tea leaves are fine, strip-shaped and less broken. Working principle: The Aoba leaves are loaded into the machine, and the blades are subjected to various forces such as the weight of the barrel, the wall of the barrel, the plate, the bone of the plate and the weight of the blade itself. Second, the installation and operation of the machine
1. Connect the machine to the ~220V power supply and secure the grounding wire at the same time;
2. Place the machine horizontally at least 1 meter away from other objects around it to avoid collision with other objects when the machine is working;
3, the machine is placed smoothly, there must be no virtual foot phenomenon;
4. After confirming that the power supply is correct, start the test run;
5, put the hail leaves into the barrel, the quantity should not be less than one third of the barrel, just in line with the barrel mouth;
6. When the machine is running, you should not take the tea in the tray to try it out, so as to avoid accidental accidents;
Fourth, machine maintenance and maintenance
1. Regularly check the lubricating oil of each shaft during use;
2. Do not put hard objects into the bucket or the tray during use to avoid damage to the barrel or the tray;
3. Clean the tea pot on the tray in time to ensure the quality of tea production;
4. If there is abnormal noise when the machine is running, stop running in time, and continue to run after the fault is removed;
5. After the new machine is used for the first time for 50 hours, the oil containing impurities in the gearbox should be drained, cleaned with diesel or gasoline, and replaced every six months after the mechanical oil [hyperbolic gear oil] is injected.
