3, the temperature of the strip; the temperature of the pot under the green leaves is about 180 °C - 220 °C, the principle of first high and then low, to prevent high temperature focal point or detonation point; also to prevent low temperature samples from being produced Red stems and red leaves. The pot temperature can be adjusted by the temperature controller.
4, the amount of leaf: high-grade leaves per tank 100g-150g; depending on the level of the fried high-grade and the old leaves, the size of the discretion, the amount of leaves is about half a pot.
5, the degree of management: eye view tea sticks non-stick pan, no sandwich, no focal leaves, can naturally flip, when the buds are basically strips, the fragrance is revealed, the water content of the tea drops to 30-35% or so can stop the pan.
